Building your page
Set up your profile and links
How to set your profile (name, bio, icon) on Linby and gather your social, shop, and other links on one page. Social networks show with their official icons, and any other link works too as long as it has a URL.
Add, reorder, and delete blocks
A Linby page is built by combining "blocks." This covers the basics of editing your page — adding blocks, reordering by drag, deleting and duplicating, and changing how a block is shown (its view).
Show a single link with a Link block
How to use Linby's "Link block." Show a single link either as a large button, or as a preview card with a title and image (link preview). Two views to choose from. Free to use.
Add text and headings
How to use the "Text" block to add copy and headings to your Linby page. Add more of your bio, announcements, or notes, or use headings to break a long page into readable sections. Free to use.
Add an image or banner with a link
How to add a single image to your Linby page. Covers the "Image" block for showing a photo, illustration, or banner large, setting a link on the image, alt text, and supported formats and sizes. Free to use.
Show multiple images in a gallery
How to use Linby's "Image list" block to line up several images at once. Covers the three views (grid, horizontal scroll, carousel), changing the number of columns, the maximum count, and supported formats and sizes. Free to use.
Send people from images to external links

Embed music and video

Feature one item large with a Card

Line up work and products with Cards

Show your schedule
How to use Linby's Schedule block to show lives, events, and streams in a structured way. Give each entry a date, category, place, and link, color-code by category, and choose a list, card, or calendar view. The Schedule block is available on the paid plan (Basic).
Receive inquiries with a contact form
How to use Linby's contact form block. Place a form where visitors can send their name, email, and message, and read the inquiries in the inbox on the Settings tab. The contact form is available on the paid plan (Basic).
Add a share button
How to use Linby's Share block to place a button visitors can use to share your page. A tap opens the device's share menu, and on unsupported devices it copies the URL. Choose from views like text, icon-only, or button. Free to use.
Add a mini game
How to use Linby's Mini game block to add something playable to your page. Place "Timing Tap," where you tap the moment the bar reaches the center to score, and scores can be shared. A hook for time on page, return visits, and reach. Free to use.
Design
Choose a theme and change the design
On Linby, picking a theme switches your whole page's look. This covers choosing and applying a theme, adjusting colors and fonts, and setting a background image or pattern. There are 150+ themes, all free on every plan.
Adjust the design per block
On Linby, separately from your theme, you can adjust the design of individual blocks. Change color, corner radius, or text size on just one block, switch per-view display options (showing icons, text alignment), and reset to your theme's look anytime. Free to use.
Save theme candidates and compare
On Linby, you can save several themes you like as "candidates," tune their colors, and compare them before applying one to your page. Make color variations from the same theme, name them to stay organized, and switch which one is applied anytime. Free to use.
Publishing & sharing
Set a custom URL and publish your page
How to set your page's custom URL (linby.me/@yourname) and publish it on Linby. Also covers switching between public and private, copying the URL, and sharing on social media.
Save your page's QR code
How to save your Linby page's QR code as PNG or SVG. Scanning it opens your page, so you can use it on business cards or event signage. SVG is better for printing. Available on all plans.
Hide a block or schedule its publishing
How to switch individual blocks between shown and hidden on Linby, and how to use scheduled publishing to show or hide a block automatically at a set date and time. Toggling a block's visibility is free; scheduled publishing is on the paid plan (Basic).
Check your views and clicks
How to check your public page's views (page views) and link clicks on Linby. Totals are available on the free plan, and the Basic plan adds simple analytics like per-link clicks and trend graphs.
Pricing & account
Change or cancel your plan
How to change or cancel your plan on Linby. Covers switching between Free, Lite, and Basic (upgrade/downgrade), canceling and un-canceling, changing your payment method, and checking your next renewal date and receipts — all on the Settings tab.
Login and account
How to log in to Linby (email code or Google login) and how to log out and delete your account. Also explains that deleting your account removes your account and page and can't be undone.
