Add text and headings

The Text block lets you freely write what your profile alone can't convey. You can add an introduction to your work, announcements, or notes for taking requests. Used as a heading, it breaks a long page into readable sections. Free to use.

Two ways to show it: body and heading

The Text block offers two presentations from the same input.

• Body — shows as ordinary copy. Good for more of your bio, announcements, and notes
• Heading — shows as a heading in larger type. Good for section breaks like "Profile," "News," or "About requests"

Add text

   Choose "Text" from "+ Add block" at the bottom of the page (how to add blocks)

   Enter your copy on the "Content" tab. You can put up to 5,000 characters in one block

   Press "Save" to apply it to your public page

To show it as a heading, choose "Heading" on the "View" tab. Headings can also be aligned (center, left, right).

Tips

• Breaking up long copy with heading blocks makes it easier to read
• Keeping announcements and notes in a Text block makes them easy to update
