Basics & getting started

What is Linby?
Linby is a link-in-bio service — free to start — that brings your social accounts (Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok) and your blog, shop, and work links together on one page. Just pick a theme and you can also use it as your profile site (profile page / link list / link in bio).
Who is it for?
It fits creators and influencers active on several social networks, and small businesses promoting their shop or products on social media. It's for anyone who wants to guide people to all of their destinations from a single URL.
Do I need to know how to code to start?
No. You add blocks, fill in your content, and pick a theme. You can build a polished page with no knowledge of HTML, CSS, or anything technical.
How long does it take to build?
Signing up takes about 30 seconds with a Google account or email. Add your profile and links, pick a theme, and you can publish in minutes.
Can I use it on my phone alone?
Yes. No app to install — you can create, edit, and publish entirely in your phone's browser. You can also use it from a computer.

Pricing & plans

Is it free? What can I do on the free plan?
Yes, it's free to use. Even on the free plan you get the Profile, Link list, Link block, Text, Image, Image list, Embed, Share, and Mini game blocks, plus 150+ themes, a custom URL (linby.me/@yourname), and a full-page background image — and you can publish a mobile-optimized page.
What do the paid plans cost, and how do they differ from free?
You can start for free — even the free plan lets you publish a well-put-together page with the core blocks and 150+ themes. If you want more, there are paid plans: Lite ($2.49/month) hides the service logo and ads on your public page, and Basic ($4.49/month) adds blocks like Schedule, Card, and Linked image list, a contact form to receive inquiries from your page, scheduled publishing (automatically show or hide a block at a set date and time), and simple analytics (per-link clicks and PV/click trend graphs). You can change or cancel your plan anytime from settings after signing up.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express, and others).

Features & practical use

How do I put multiple links in my Instagram bio?
Build a profile page on Linby and set its URL (linby.me/@yourname) as the link in your Instagram bio. From that one link, you can guide people to all of your social accounts, shops, and content.
Besides links, what else can I put on the page?
You can freely combine many kinds of blocks: your profile (name, bio, icon), headings and body text, images and galleries, event schedules, embeds like video, and more.
Which social networks does it work with?
X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Twitch can be shown as a row of official icons. Any other service works too — if it has a URL, you can add it as a link.
Can I choose my own URL (username)?
Yes. You can set your own memorable URL in the form linby.me/@yourname.
Can I customize the design to my taste?
Yes. Picking from the 150+ themes (free on every plan) already gets you a put-together look, and you can further fine-tune colors, spacing, and shapes to make it your own. Adjusting colors and spacing is available on the free plan too.
Can I add product or affiliate links?
Yes. You can freely add any link that has a URL, including shop and affiliate links (please check each social network's and service's terms yourself).
Can I hide specific blocks, or publish them only for a limited time?
Yes. Each block can be individually switched between shown and hidden, so you can temporarily hide it without deleting it (free). With the Basic plan's scheduled publishing, you can also automatically show or hide a block at a set date and time — for example, post an event announcement on the day and take it down automatically afterward.
Can I see analytics?
Total page views (PV) and total clicks are available even on the free plan. Per-link click rankings and trend graphs of PV and clicks (simple analytics) are available on the Basic plan ($4.49/month).
Can I use a custom domain?
Not currently — pages are served in the form linby.me/@yourname (for example, linby.me/@aoi).

Compared to other services

How is it different from other link-in-bio services?
Linby's strength is that the look stays intact just by picking a theme. You can edit intuitively on your phone alone and build a page easily — without getting lost in too many options or breaking the look while customizing.
Can I switch over from another tool?
There's currently no automatic import from other services. You'll need to add your links manually — it only takes a few minutes.

Trust & safety

Is my data and privacy safe?
Yes. We do not sell personal information such as the email address you log in with to third parties without your consent. The information we collect is used to provide, operate, and improve the service, and its scope and our use of analytics tools are clearly defined in our Privacy Policy.
Is it safe to connect my social accounts?
Linby only needs you to paste your social links (URLs) — no account connection or password entry is required. We never operate your social accounts, so you can use it with peace of mind.
