Show your schedule

Lives, photo sessions, streams — announcing them by swapping out a graphic is far more work than gathering them in a Schedule block. You can show them organized by date, and when something changes you just fix that one row. Old info is less likely to linger, and visitors can see "when and where next" at a glance.

The Schedule block is available on the paid plan (Basic). It's a feature for people who update their plans often. You can check what the plan includes under Pricing.

Add entries

  1. 1
Choose "Schedule" from "+ Add block" at the bottom of the page (how to add blocks)
  2. 2
Add entries one at a time with "+ Add entry" on the "Content" tab
  3. 3
Each entry can have the following
  4. 4
Press "Save" to apply it to your public page

You can enter:

  • Title — the entry's name (e.g. solo live, stream, photo session)
  • Date — choose a date from the calendar
  • Category (optional) — a grouping like "live," "stream," or "photo session." Entered, it shows as a label on each entry so the type reads at a glance
  • Place / note (optional) — a line like the venue name or start time
  • Link (optional) — a URL like a ticket or booking page. Entered, tapping the entry in the list and card views opens the destination in a new tab (not reflected in the calendar view)

You can put up to 60 entries in one block.

Choose a view

Choose how entries are shown on the "View" tab.

  • List — entries listed top to bottom. Stays tidy even with many
  • Card — entries shown one card each. Good for featuring a single entry
  • Calendar — entries placed on a monthly calendar. Good for conveying a sense of dates

Choose the order

In the list and card views, choose the entry order under "Order" on the "Design" tab.

  • By date (default) — auto-sorted earliest first. Add entries later and they slot into the right position by date
  • As entered — kept in the order you entered. Good when you want to decide the order yourself regardless of date

The calendar view places entries on a date grid, so it has no order setting.

Color-code by category

When you enter categories, "Category colors" appears near the bottom of the "Content" tab. There you can pick a color per category. Entries with the same category show in the same color, so people can tell types apart by color, like "lives in red, streams in blue."

  • Choosing a color applies it to the category labels in the list and card views (not reflected in the calendar view)
  • The text color is adjusted automatically to match the background
  • Categories without a color show in a default color matched to your theme. "Reset to default" restores it

Tips for updating

  • Deleting finished entries or rewriting them as new ones keeps things current
  • Keeping categories consistent makes the types of entries easy to read

The look (colors, corner radius, spacing) is set by your theme. To change it, see Choose a theme and change the design.
