Hide a block or schedule its publishing

When "I don't want to show this block yet" or "I want it to appear automatically on the event day," you can control each block's visibility. You set this from the block's "Settings" tab.

Hide a block (free)

Hide a work-in-progress block, or one you don't want to show yet, without deleting it.

  1. 1
Tap the block you want to hide to open it, and choose the "Settings" tab
  2. 2
    Choose "Hidden" under "Visibility"
  3. 3
Press "Save" and it disappears from your public page

Even hidden, the content remains, so switching it back to "Shown" displays it as-is. Handy for temporarily taking a block down without deleting it.

Schedule publishing (Basic)

You can automatically switch a block to shown or hidden at a set date and time. You can run things like posting an event announcement on the day and taking it down automatically afterward.

Scheduled publishing is available on the paid plan (Basic). You can check what the plan includes under Pricing.

Under "Scheduled publishing" on the "Settings" tab, set the following times (times are in Japan time).

  • Show at this time — the block is shown automatically at the set time
  • Hide at this time — the block is hidden automatically at the set time

You can set just one, or both.

Examples

  • Post an announcement on the day — keep the block "Hidden" and set "Show at this time" to when you want to announce it
  • Show for a limited period — set both "Show at this time" and "Hide at this time" to publish only during that window
  • Take it down automatically afterward — set only "Hide at this time" on a currently shown block, and it goes down at that time

The current state and the next scheduled switch are shown at the bottom of the "Settings" tab, so you can check it's as you intend. Your settings apply to your public page when you press "Save."

Schedules when you change plans

If you change from the paid plan (Basic) to Free or Lite, scheduled publishing is removed and blocks return to their "Visibility" (shown/hidden toggle) state. For example, a block that was shown but scheduled to be hidden simply stays shown. Toggling shown/hidden itself is free, so you can always adjust it by hand.
