How to use Linby — from sign-up to publishing
Linby is a link-in-bio service that brings your social, shop, and blog links together on one page. Just pick a theme and you can also use it as a profile site. This page walks through the flow from signing up to publishing. Follow it in order and you can publish your page in a few minutes.
The overall flow
Building a page on Linby takes four main steps.
- 1Sign up — logging in with a Google account or email creates your page's URL
- 2Add your content — enter your profile (name, bio, icon) and your links
- 3Choose a design — pick a theme to switch the whole page's look
- 4Publish — decide your custom URL (linby.me/@yourname) and publish
You can change your content and design as many times as you like later. First, sign up and lay the foundation of your page.
1. Sign up
Sign up from the login page with a Google account or email. There's no app to install — creating, editing, and publishing all work in your phone's browser.
The first time, you'll see a three-step guide.
- 1Profile — enter your display name (required), bio, and icon image
- 2Social accounts — enter the URLs of the social accounts you want to link
- 3Page URL — decide the URL that follows linby.me/@
Each step has a "Set up later" button, so you can put it off. When you're done, the editor (dashboard) opens.
2. How the dashboard is organized
The dashboard switches between three tabs at the top.
- Edit page — add, edit, and reorder blocks (the chunks of content you put on the page)
- Change theme — choose a theme and adjust colors, fonts, and more
- Settings — your page URL, public/private, plan, and viewing your stats
Your edits are saved automatically as a draft, and pressing each block's "Save" button applies them to your public page.
3. Next steps
We have detailed steps for each task.
- Set up your profile and links
- Add, reorder, and delete blocks
- Choose a theme and change the design
- Set a custom URL and publish your page
- Check your views and clicks
