How to use Linby — from sign-up to publishing

Linby is a link-in-bio service that brings your social, shop, and blog links together on one page. Just pick a theme and you can also use it as a profile site. This page walks through the flow from signing up to publishing. Follow it in order and you can publish your page in a few minutes.

The overall flow

Building a page on Linby takes four main steps.

  1. 1
Sign up — logging in with a Google account or email creates your page's URL
  2. 2
Add your content — enter your links and your profile (display name, icon, bio)
  3. 3
Choose a design — pick a theme to switch the whole page's look
  4. 4
Publish — decide your custom URL (linby.me/@yourname) and publish

You can change your content and design as many times as you like later. First, sign up and lay the foundation of your page.

1. Sign up

Sign up from the login page with a Google account or email. There's no app to install — creating, editing, and publishing all work in your phone's browser.

The first time, you'll see a three-step guide.

  1. 1
Add links — enter your account name for X, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. Anything outside those six — a shop or a blog, say — is added after sign-up from the "Edit" tab
  2. 2
Profile — enter your icon (optional), display name, and bio (optional). A display name is needed to continue with "Next"
  3. 3
Page URL — decide the URL that follows linby.me/@

Each step has a "Set up later" button, so you can put it off. When you're done, the editor (dashboard) opens.

2. How the dashboard is organized

The dashboard switches between four tabs at the top.

  • Home — your publishing status (a three-step guide to publishing while your page is still private; your page URL and a copy button once it's public), view and click stats, and form submissions (Basic)
  • Edit — add, edit, and reorder blocks (the chunks of content you put on the page)
  • Theme — choose a theme and adjust colors, fonts, and more
  • Settings — your page URL, public/private, plan, and account

Your edits are saved automatically as a draft, and pressing each block's "Save" button applies them to your public page.
