Show a single link with a Link block

The "Link block" is for featuring a single link. It's a good fit when you want to place just one link you most want people to see, like "Book now" or "See my latest work." You can choose from two views — button and link preview. Free to use.

To gather multiple links into a list, use the separate "Link list" block (Set up your profile and links).

Add a Link block

   Choose "Link block" from "+ Add block" at the bottom of the page (how to add blocks)

   On the "View" tab, choose the presentation (button / link preview)

   Press "Save" to apply it to your public page

Show it as a button

The "Button" view shows a single link as a large button. Good for one button that prompts an action.

   On the "Content" tab, enter the label (the text shown on the button)

   Enter the destination in URL

A short, tap-worthy label like "Book now" or "See my latest work" works well.

Show it as a link preview

The "Link preview" view loads the destination's title and image and shows a rich card-style preview. Good for introducing a blog post, work page, or shop in a way that conveys what's inside.

   On the "Content" tab, enter the destination in URL

   Press "Fetch preview from link" and the destination's title, image, and description are filled in automatically

   You can freely rewrite the fetched "Title" and "Description (optional)" on this screen. If you don't want a preview image, remove it with "Remove image"

   Press "Save" to apply it to your public page

Some destinations don't provide an image or description. Even then, you can enter a title by hand and still show it as a preview.

What's needed for it to show

The Link block exists to send people to a destination, so a URL is required. Left empty, the editor shows "⚠ Required".

Enter the URL starting with https:// (or http://). An abbreviated form like example.com is stripped when you save, so the URL field comes back empty. That applies to every URL field, not just this block — link lists and schedule entries behave the same way.

In the button view, the block only appears on your public page when both the label and the URL are filled in. If either is empty, the whole block is hidden, so be sure to write the button text too. The link preview view needs only a URL.

Link block vs. Link list

• Link block — when you want to feature a single link large. Good for an action button or a preview card that conveys what's inside
• Link list — when you want to line up multiple links like social accounts and shops (Set up your profile and links)

To make a banner image stand out with a link on it, you can also use the "Image" block (Add an image or banner with a link).

Set the design

The button and card colors, corner radius, and borders are set by your theme. You can adjust them from the page-wide theme or the block's "Design" tab. To change the theme, see Choose a theme and change the design.
