Embed music and video
The Embed block lets you show your own video or music not just as a link but in a form people can "play on the spot." Whoever opens your page can play it in a player without moving to another app. Free to use.
Services you can embed
- YouTube — video
- Spotify — tracks, albums, playlists
- Apple Music — tracks, albums, playlists
- SoundCloud — tracks
Embed
- 1
- 2On the "Content" tab, paste a link or an embed code
- 3When it shows "Will embed as ___," it's been recognized as a supported service
- 4Press "Save" to apply it to your public page
There are two ways to paste, and either works.
- Paste a link — paste the URL from each service's "Share" as-is (for example,
https://youtu.be/...orhttps://open.spotify.com/track/...) - Paste an embed code — paste the
<iframe ...>code from each service's "Share → Embed." Only the necessary parts are safely taken in
When it won't embed
- Shortened links can't be embedded — shortened links like
on.soundcloud.com/...orspotify.link/...can't be used because their contents aren't known. Paste the regular URL from Share (likesoundcloud.com/...) or the embed code - URLs from unsupported services — URLs other than the four services above can't be embedded. In that case it's shown as a "tap to open" link
